It all started the early 1940’s when the first electronic computer was developed. Since then, it has a revolution. It changed our lives, the way we work, the way we see the world. Computers are now controlling the lives of human. Thanks to the ever shrinking device, we are now able to see the world the way we would never have imagined years back.
Computers play a major role from entertaining a small four year kid to curing a 70 year old patient. They have reduced our work infinitely and have made us relax. Computers have made us together. The “global village” is the consequence of this electronic device. Computers interconnected have made us talk to almost any unknown human in this world. Computers have helped us forecast the dangers, the resources and what not? Computers have even helped us find a perfect date.
BUT. . . Is that all? Doesn’t the coin have another side? With due respect to Microsoft word (which helped type this article with minimal errors) computers have definitely made us lazy. They have enslaved us to its binary web. They are addictive like cocaine. They have brought dangerous criminals, more strengthened destruction weapons, and precise killers. In the form of social networking they have brought the cheapest intentions out of men. They problems are equally numerous to the benefits. Computers are Necessary Evil. It is in our hands to tame this angry lion to enter the safe zone. They must be used only for Construction of Mankind.
